The Slatts Rescue Belt knot How toHere is a set of photos showing how to start it off.
This is the tool I use. Made from a bit of wood. |
Make the required number of loops.
Pull the last loop through but don't pull any of the others through, just the last one. Keep a bit of slack, if you tie it too tight it will not run free when you need it in a hurry. |
Using the tool grab the next loop. |
Then the next in turn to the end.
Now start again to pull the last loop back through. You will note that from now on you can't accidently pull other loops . That will only happen with the first set. |
Till it's all the way through. |
Like this.
Now start grabbing loops again. Then carry on till you have the length you want. don't tie it too tight, as it will not run free when you need to pull it out in a hurry. If you can't undo it in two or three seconds it is too tight. |
